* Electives: COE Humanities/Social Studies requirement is comprised of 6 courses of at least 3 units each in humanities or social studies selected from an approved list of courses. One of these courses must contain "ethics" content, two of these course must fulfill the College of Engineering Reading and Composition requirement and two must be in the upper division (refer to http://www.coe.berkeley.edu/current_students/hssreq.pdf).
**Engineering Breadth: The total of 11 units of Engineering Breadth must be completed; E10 plus 8 additonal units; 6 units must be from the approved list (below). Cannot include E 124 or E 195.
